Disaronno Events / Beyond Weddings
Everything else
we do
Weddings are most of our calendar, not all of it. Corporate events, milestone parties and at-home celebrations — planned, staffed and produced by the same team, with one point of contact from first call to load-out.
One team,
not six vendors
The hardest part of a non-wedding event is usually not the party. It's the coordination — the rental company, the caterer, the bar staff, the lighting guy, the person who actually tells everyone where to be at 4pm. Most people end up managing all of it themselves on the day they were supposed to enjoy.
We do the whole thing. You get one number to call, one team on site, and one person responsible if something needs solving at 7:40pm. That is the entire reason this side of the business exists.

At-home
celebrations
A backyard is a blank room with no walls, no power where you need it, and no staff. That is a harder production than a catering hall, not an easier one — which is why most companies quietly avoid them.
We build the venue. Tent, flooring, tables, chairs, linens, a real dance floor, lighting, power distribution, bar, and the people to run all of it. Graduations, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, communions, christenings, retirement parties, backyard receptions.
The practical questions we'll ask first: how many guests, is there a rain plan, where does the power come from, and where can a truck park. Those four answers decide most of the budget.
Corporate
Holiday parties, company milestones, product launches, fundraisers, galas, grand openings and client appreciation nights across Staten Island, Manhattan, Brooklyn and New Jersey.
Corporate work has a different failure mode than a wedding. Nobody remembers a great corporate DJ, but everyone remembers a microphone that cut out during the CEO's speech, or an awards segment that ran twenty minutes long. We plan the room around the programme first and the party second — clean audio for speeches, a presentation feed that works, a run sheet your team can hold, and a hard stop that actually holds.
We can invoice a company, carry the certificates of insurance most venues and buildings require, and work to a purchase order if your finance team needs one.
Photo, video
and decor
On the wedding side these are about the couple. Here they're usually about the brand or the milestone, so we treat them differently.
Photo
Photobooths with custom print templates — a company logo, a graduation year, a 50th anniversary date. For corporate work, branded step-and-repeat backdrops and instant sharing so the photos are on your team's phones before they leave.
Video
LED video walls for slideshows, sponsor loops, presentation feeds and live camera. If you have a tribute reel, a year-in-review or a product video, we handle playback and the audio that goes with it so nobody is fighting a laptop.
Decor
Uplighting matched to a brand palette or a colour scheme, custom monograms and logos in light, centrepieces, draping and florals coordinated with the rest of the build rather than bolted on at the end.
Questions
people ask
Do you only do weddings?
No. Weddings are the majority of our calendar, but we run corporate events, private parties and at-home celebrations year round. The same team and the same equipment.
Can you plan the whole event, not just the music?
Yes. Tents, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, catering, bar, staffing and day-of coordination — plus the DJ, MC, lighting and production. You can also hire us for one piece of it if that's all you need.
Do you do backyard and at-home parties?
Yes, and it's a real speciality rather than an afterthought. A home has no built-in staging, power or staff, so we bring the venue with us — tent, flooring, dance floor, lighting, power distribution, bar and the people to run it.
What areas do you cover?
Staten Island, all five boroughs, and throughout New Jersey. We're based in Staten Island and work the tri-state area regularly. If you're outside it, ask — travel is usually workable.
How much does an event cost?
It depends on guest count, how much of the build you need, and how many hours of staff. A DJ-and-lighting corporate party and a full at-home tented event are very different numbers. Send us the date, the location and a rough headcount and we'll come back with clear written pricing.
Can you invoice a company or work with a PO?
Yes. We can invoice a business directly, provide certificates of insurance for venues and building management, and work to a purchase order.
How far in advance should we book?
Corporate holiday season (November and December) books earliest — often six months or more out. For most other events, four to eight weeks is usually workable. Send the date and we'll confirm availability, normally same day.
