We're based here. Eighteen years of Staten Island weddings means we know the rooms, the traffic, and which venues will and won't let you use cold sparklers.

This is
our home borough

Disaronno Events has been run out of Staten Island since 2008. That isn't a marketing line — it's the reason we can answer questions about your venue before you've finished asking them.

We know which rooms have a load-in that adds forty minutes, which ones have a ceiling that swallows uplighting, which ones are strict about open flame and which will happily let you do cold sparklers on the first dance. That knowledge only comes from working the same rooms repeatedly across nearly two decades.

It also means no travel fee, and it means we're twenty minutes away if something needs solving in person before your date.

What a Staten Island
wedding actually needs

Staten Island weddings skew larger and more family-heavy than Manhattan ones — bigger guest counts, more generations in the room, more people who will genuinely dance if you give them a reason to.

That changes how the night is run. A room with grandparents, cousins and a bridal party all on the floor at once needs music that moves between them rather than sitting in one decade. It needs an MC who can actually read a room, not a DJ who talks over the intro. And it needs the volume managed so the older tables can still hold a conversation during dinner.

That's the part we've spent eighteen years getting right, and it's the part couples tell us afterwards made the difference.

The DJ you meet
is the DJ you get

A lot of larger companies sell you a meeting with a salesperson and send whoever is free on the night. We don't do that. The person you plan with is the person who works your wedding.

We also run everything in-house — DJ, MC, uplighting, intelligent lighting, cold sparklers, dancing on clouds, photobooths and LED walls. One team, one point of contact, one invoice, and nobody pointing at another vendor when something needs solving at seven o'clock.

Questions couples ask

Do you charge travel for Staten Island?

No. We're based here — there's no travel fee anywhere on the island.

Do you know our venue?

Very likely. After eighteen years working Staten Island we know most of the rooms, their load-in, and their rules on open flame and effects. Tell us the venue and we'll tell you what it needs.

Do you MC as well as DJ?

Yes, and it's the part we're known for. The MC work is what holds a room together — introductions, timing, keeping the night moving without it feeling scripted.

How far ahead should we book?

Send your date and we'll confirm availability, usually the same day. Popular Saturdays go a year or more ahead.
