We work around forty-five tri-state venues repeatedly. These are the rooms couples ask about most — what each one is actually like to run a wedding in, and what it needs from a production team.

Sweet 16s, proms, school nights, milestones and weddings. The Historic Old Bermuda InnA restored Victorian with six rooms, 30 to 325 guests — showers, christenings, school events and weddings. Grand Oaks Country ClubA Dutch Revival mansion on 147 acres — three ballrooms, for weddings, communions and milestone parties. Nicotra's BallroomSix spaces from 10 to 1,000 inside the Hilton Garden Inn — the configuration is a decision, not a given. Osteria SantinaA restaurant, not a ballroom — closer, warmer, and unforgiving of an oversized system.
